I am the Denver area Realtor that focuses quite a bit of my business on finding opportunities for investors in todays market. This has made me quite knowledgeable about area trends and has made it easier for me to market properties back to the public. I love the advertising and marketing part of listing a home and so far have been able to get them under contract within a month. I am enjoying real estate and all the perceived challenges it holds.

ABOUT ME:
Born in the jungles of Colombia, I still have fond memories of sugar cane fields and picking coffee beans with my father. My family moved to a farm in Minnesota where I learned what it meant to be have strong work ethic. For highschool I attended a private school in British Columbia Canada where my instructors were from all around the world. It was a privilege to live with a family from New Zealand during this time and I gained great appreciation for diversity.

I love my family, my nephews especially, and also my pets - my dog Kobo and my cat Chico. Currently I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, hiking as well as reading, sewing and baking. I love to help others and am currently part of JA - Junior Achievement. This program allows volunteers to go into schools to teach kids how a community works and how businesses fit in. I also recently joined the 10/10 Project which is locally placed, whose focus is to help those in need and to break the cycle of poverty around the world.
